Billing & Policies
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the bespoke nature of our done-for-you services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. For digital products (snapshots, courses), all sales are final unless the product is materially defective — claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. GHLify cannot process refunds for GoHighLevel subscriptions; those must be requested directly from GoHighLevel.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
